Our 2021 harvest ranks in the silver category of high phenolic/ high antioxidant oils  with 620mg of polyphenols per kg, as per the EU regulation. It is the only Lebanese EVOO that is high phenolic.

It is a new category globally, dominated by Greece and in there, there are barely 10% of all oils produced in the world.

Thus it is a milestone for lebanon as well.
